“Overall - a great experience at this house! Pros: Views & Sunset - Generally well kept with bathroom upgrades & Comfortable beds. Pool: Views amazing. (shade/umbrella is needed - seating is awkward) Privacy & location in PV. (Views of the entire valley looking north) Hosts: the management for this property is top notch for services and communication etc. Cons: Interesting layout - the amount of ups and downs in this house is incredible - but it’s built into a mountain. Driveway - I enjoyed the thrill, but some of our guests did not (nor did uber or delivery persons, had to meet them down the lot - which is a hike) Dinner/Eating - no “dining” inside besides the island or outside. Overall, would stay again.”

“We have nothing but great things to say about this house! It was perfect for our trip- close enough to town but far enough away to feel secluded. The pool is wonderful. Yes- the driveway is steep, but our sprinter van made it up without a problem. The patio area is a lovely spot to relax. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The home is beautiful with terrific views but the AC went out in the main section of the home…and of course Scottsdale is hot in late May. The management company was slow to respond. Repair was made 24hours after request. The repair lasted about 12 hours and then the AC was not working again….this time it took 36 hours for the management company to get someone over to repair. It was exasperating and caused us to wait around a great deal of time in a hot house waiting for repairman to arrive.”
