“Upon arrival I noticed the stair case had alot of bird poop everywhere. The apartment its self was clean. But the bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard, ther was dish soap as hand soap in yhe bathroom, there was no cleaning supplies, there was one blanket located on the bed, no extra for the couch, thermostat had a note it that said do not lower past 70, and 3 total rolls of toilet paper. Over all not impressed, the area also seem sketchy.”

“I was expecting a lil more compared to other places we've stayed and for the money we paid. Coulda had detergent for laundry. And I feel baseboards could be painted as it almost appears water damage which could mean mold. Questioning. The pool, i got inside and was locked in there. Figured i had to put my arm through the gate to unlock from the front. I asked what time pool closed, host said 10. The sign says til midnight fyi. Jus frustrated as when we got there, no condo # given so we waited forever for host to respond. Then host gave wrong code so again waited for him to respond. It wasn't worth my time or money! Im sorry for the negativity. Bring your own shower stuff too!”

“Location location location. Amazing. The condo was dirty. Built up grime around both toilet’s and all baseboards. Bedding unsatisfactory due to lack of mattress pad and no protective pillow cases that you’ll find in ANY hotel regardless the price. No shower curtain liner. No garbage sacks. Berny was swift to get coffee filters delivered from Amazon when asked. I think Berny works remotely and manages this off site and the hired cleaning crew is not efficient. The condo is dark. Feels like a cave. Easy fix. Add some floor lamps. Side tables. Grateful my best friend lived on the same property as I spent most of my time there and I didn’t invite them over for dinner as the condo was dark and dirty. Another easy fix…..TV in master bedroom would be very appreciated. Great location. Great pool. Safe gated community. Good price.”
