“This was a wonderful rental property. Pool was fantastic. Home was clean. Location was wonderful for our needs in Oro Valley. Would definitely rent again - CasaGo email said 3pm check in but they wouldn’t allow us to check in until 4. They claimed back to back bookings and needed to clean house. We were hot and tired. Parked in front of the house beginning at 2:30. There was NO ONE at the house. Ridiculous. House great though. Thanks”

“We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect. Only thing I would suggest is clear instructions posted for check out and instructions for hot tub, etc… My questions were answered quickly but what seemed like AI answers were a little frustrating. Follow up by an actual person during business hours were quick to follow. No complaints.”

“The property itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and we enjoyed our stay. However, there were serious pricing discrepancies between Airbnb and Casago that neither company could adequately explain. Airbnb charged me $1,772.93, including lodging costs of $388.80 per night. However, the mandatory occupancy agreement from Casago reflected a completely different total of $1,314.14, with nightly rates of only $212.31. When I questioned the discrepancy, Airbnb claimed the host controlled pricing, while Casago suggested Airbnb may have increased the nightly rates independently. Despite providing documentation to both parties, neither accepted responsibility or provided a clear explanation for the conflicting totals, fees, and nightly rates. The lack of transparency and accountability regarding pricing practices was extremely concerning and negatively impacted the overall experience.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The best Airbnb we’ve stayed at during our many trips to visit our son in Arizona!!! The house was exactly as described and was very clean upon our arrival. The views from both the front and back of the house were beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood was especially appreciated after long days moving our son out of his dorm at the University of Arizona. The host was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We truly enjoyed our stay and we are already planning to book again in the fall!”

“Overall, the house was clean and fit our needs well. The pool heater was not turned on prior to our arrival and took multiple messages to get it resolved. Once it was turned on, our stay was wonderful and everything we expected.”
