“We rented for 2 months. The property was gorgeous and as described. We had an issue with the garbage disposal, which was promptly addressed by the property manager replacing it with a new one. The property manager communicated promptly regarding our inquiries. The only downside is that it took quite some time for the hot water to heat up. We would definitely rent it again!”

“Wonderful spot to stay while we house hunted in Phoenix. Super clean and well appointed with the necessary supplies (plus some!). Plenty of space and a wonderful backyard to let kids play and grill. Park just down the road with a giant playground and even a train for kids to ride. Grocery and all amenities right around the corner. Lots of nature super close yet not too far from shopping in Phoenix and Scottsdale. Worked wonderful for the month we stayed. If we ever move away from Phoenix and wanted to come back and stay a while, we would definitely rent out this place again! Checked all of our boxes.”
