“If I could give zero stars, I would. We chose this property because it advertised a grill, but it was broken for our entire stay. We reported it immediately and were repeatedly told it would be fixed, but it never was. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent our time waiting for updates that led nowhere. Our grilling plans were completely ruined, the food we brought specifically to grill went to waste, and we had to spend extra money eating out. The lack of communication and urgency from the property management made an already frustrating situation even worse. After we checked out, we were accused of damaging a window, a blind that were very hard to open, claims we strongly dispute. If you stay here, take detailed photos and videos of the entire property at check-in and check-out to document its condition. Airbnb reviewed our case and ultimately issued us a 30% refund.
