“The house was great. It was in a great location (very central for everywhere we were visiting), the outdoor space was lovely with adequate shade to get out of the heat, and the inside was extremely comfortable. Would definitely visit again!”

“The place was pristine but CASAGO as a management is INEPT!I had trouble getting in when I got there. Went through 5 lockboxes and they didn't know the code for any of them. They gave me a pin pad to get in when the door didn't have a door pad to get in. Took me an hour to get in. When I asked for an early check-in they charged me $28/ hour. The door didn't lock when I was inside the apt. I reached out more than 4 times in regards to this problem. They said they would send someone to help... they never did. Had an open door for a week. The management is HORRIFIC! They do not know the property at all. They rely on AI to answer everything. Also, I reached out several times to figure out where the laudry room was.. nobody knew. (they made in seem like in the apt... it wasn't) It wasn't until the actual owner reached out to me and let me know where it was. The owner was amazing. Shes the only reason I didn't give this place less stars. CASAGO IS TRASH! STAY AWAY! DO NOT HIRE THEM.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. We chose this property because it advertised a grill, but it was broken for our entire stay. We reported it immediately and were repeatedly told it would be fixed, but it never was. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent our time waiting for updates that led nowhere. Our grilling plans were completely ruined, the food we brought specifically to grill went to waste, and we had to spend extra money eating out. The lack of communication and urgency from the property management made an already frustrating situation even worse. After we checked out, we were accused of damaging a window, a blind that were very hard to open, claims we strongly dispute. If you stay here, take detailed photos and videos of the entire property at check-in and check-out to document its condition. Airbnb reviewed our case and ultimately issued us a 30% refund. Always book with Airbnb they protect your rights thanks for Dennis.”

“This home was even more stunning in person! The neighborhood, decor and furnishings left little to be desired. We were a little disappointed that the ‘Tree House’ was inaccessible as the access ladder was broken 😞 it would have been nice to have a heads up. We were also bummed that the outdoor fire pit was wood burning and due to fire restrictions unusable- a gas option in the future would be nice. Overall, very spacious for two families and very clean. The kitchen had most basic items and met our needs for the weekend. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well equipped. Our kids (age 2-14) loved spending time in the game room and bunk room. Lastly, a note that although this home says ‘no pets’ it is apparent the owners have a dog. The home was extremely clean and it wasn’t noticeable, but there is carpet and the dander could be an issue for those with allergies. Thanks for hosting us!!”

“This property is exactly like the photos. Nice neighborhood and quiet. So no complaints on the property. Enjoyed the home. However dealing with Casago was cumbersome. 1. They failed to tell me at booking that the area requires background checks on all occupants. ( They want a drivers license and current photo id from all occupants and a phone number for each. City Ordinance) This disclosure came past the 24hr cancellation period. So either provide the info or forfeit the fees. Had this been disclosed in the Air B&B listing I may not of booked. Our guest were not happy that they were requested to provide this info. Further the request comes through separate communications from Casago which is suspect. Requested an early checking and was offered such but at a cost of $99 for 3 hours early and $199 for 5 hours early. We declined. Also got conflicting checkout instructions.”

“I have never written a bad review before, and I am usually incredibly understanding of situations like this. They cancelled on us 3 hours before our check-in time, after several text exchanges throughout the last month. All 3 of us flew in from different states, so we had no backup plan. The reason for cancellation was that apparently their policy is guests below the age of 25 are unable to stay in their rentals. I did not see this on the listing initially, I'm not claiming it wasn't there, but their system did not flag my ID. I respect policies, and if we had even been reached out to a couple days prior, I would be more understanding, but being unwilling to make an exception within 3 hours of our check-in time was extremely disorienting and put a HUGE damper on our trip. The worst part of all is that we were unable to book a replacement because they put a restriction on all of our accounts for suspicion of partying...could not be further from the truth. It was all so disappointing.”
