“Our first night in the cabin the shower where you turn the water on and you have two different valves for hot and cold. The hot valve while trying to get warm water out of the shower snapped off and sent steaming hot water out of it AND ALL OVER ME. The water was coming out of the hole where the valve broke off and was flooding the inside of the wall and the bathroom area. I had to go outside and find the MAIN water and completely disconnect the city water to the cabin. We had zero water all night. The next morning i fixed the valve and was able to get water to the house. We paid $1,200 for two nights on which one of the nights we couldn’t use the water at all. (I have kids that were playing outside in the dirt) the management company offered me $120 for the issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not using this property or using CASAGO if they manage a property. Deal with a property that actually has a host who’s familiar. I feel bad for the owner of this property.”
