“We were in town visiting friends. This home was an easy drive from the airport within 10 minutes of our friend’s home. Local grocery store was 3 minutes around the corner. Outside space was cozy and provided great entertainment for our kids. We were early in the season so the pool was quite chilly without heat. Didn’t stop the kids from jumping right in. Living room and kitchen area was nice and open for us all to enjoy meals together. Overall it was a great space for our family to enjoy time with our friends and explore Arizona.”

“Great house and hosts. So close to my daughter in Eastmark and the best choice. Nice linens and towels. Beautiful pool (but it would be great if it was heated). I would suggest that the host provide a list of local restaurants and coffee shops. All in all, a lovely place and I would come again.”

“SAFETY FIRST: Electrocution and fire risks. Multiple outlets would not hold a plug, smoke detector by dining table had its battery door open which disconnects the battery. Exhaust fan in master bath was completely covered with dust. Needs a deep cleaning and lots of maintenance. Pictures have not been updated in a long time. Paint was a different color, darker, but walls still had cracks and stains. Fan in kitchen did not have light shades, just bare bulbs. Those are just a few of the things that need attention. It looks like a foreclosure that needed a lot of work but they put the bare minimum into it and haven’t kept it up over the years.”
