“I had an amazing experience with Ion Property Management! Their response time was excellent they were always quick to answer any questions and made the entire process smooth and stress free. The Airbnb was spotless and very well maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. My kids enjoyed every moment of it and had so much fun, making unforgettable memories. I highly recommend staying at any of their properties. “This house is close to downtown Gilbert only 12 mins away. Walking into the home it was nice and clutter free. The beds were comfortable and nice to sleep on. We did like how there were extra fans in all the rooms. As you look at things around the house it needs some maintenance. The bar area outside needs to be redone. The chairs outside are falling apart, and the TV outside has black spot on them. The dryer sounds like it’s on its last leg. The grills outside haven’t been cleaned in a long time, we wanted to grill but nothing there to clean the grill with and didn’t want to start a grease fire. The benches at the dining table need to be replaced, they’re not comfortable to sit on as you sink into them. You can tell the house is just a rental property and not someone’s actual home. Otherwise, the house was a good price and close to downtown Gilbert were some really good restaurants to eat at.”
