“We had issues trying to get in with the instructions for the keypad were not clearly explained & the code they gave us didn’t work so as I was messaging back-and-forth w/host, my husband went to the backyard & walked in thru the back door that the latch didn’t work. So we contacted host about that & they sent out a repairman to fix it the next day. Next issue they advertise for a sparkling pool that was very dirty& never got cleaned even after repeated conversations w/ host. Next issue happened while I was out by the pool area by myself, a landscaper came into the backyard unannounced from him or host & started a power trimmer when my back was turned & scared me to death. I notified the host immediately & asked why & the only response I got was oh I’m so sorry that happened to you we will find out. It’s a beautiful home but if you’re advertising for a sparkling pool, it should be sparkling!”

“The house overall was nice. It is a 3 bedroom with an office that has a futon in it. The ice/water on the fridge does not work. The stove buttons only partially work. The microwave gave an error message when making popcorn. The pool lights only are on till 10, with no way to keep them on longer. The jacuzzi is not hot unless you pay an additional $80 a night. I think this is ridiculous since I'm already paying a lot for the house. I thought the $55 mentioned in the listing was just to heat the pool. Usually javuzzis are hot and don't need to be paid to heat and no jets. The pool had algae on the stairs and sides. The outback fan and lights have no way to turn on. There were no in house instructions that helped us locate said lights. I messaged the host and they never got back to me. For the price I was disappointed for sure. I could have stayed at a resort for the same cost and got more. I don't usually ever leave reviews like this, but this house needs maintenance/attention for sure.”

“Beautiful home in a beautiful little neighborhood. Very quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable house to relax in between my son’s hockey tournament. The house, kitchen, & master bath are amazing, but that backyard is the star. It was perfect and tasteful. Even with the Nebraska Cornhuskers logo (ha!). Got to watch golfers hit their tee shots from the back yard. There really want anything bad. Just know this is on the far east side of mesa which far from the rinks and places I wanted to and needed to go, but nothing was really more than 30 minutes away.”
