Grand Welcome in Mesa, Arizona

“We so enjoyed our stay! Our whole family stayed together for our daughter's wedding. We got a LOT of use out of the putting green, it was great to have rafts and such for the pool. We appreciated the extra full fridge! We made full use out of the full kitchen. The sunrises on the patio were fabulous - loved eating breakfast outside. The rooftop was a great spot for viewing the night skies, which is amazing in this neighborhood. The mountain view from the house is divine!”

“Overpriced for the overall poor quality. Grill was so rusty we were afraid to use it. Patio chairs were just folding lawn chairs. Kitchen stove was dirty and greasy. Main floor was vinyl plank that flexed when walked on and feet would catch on it. Upstairs carpet was so stretched that it had several large wrinkles that were actually trip hazards. Drinking glasses were plastic. There was 1 whole day where the thermostats went blank so we had no control over the heating and cooling for that day. There was no book that explained how anything worked. The sheets on the master bed were wet when we went to use it so we had to dry them before we could get in bed. The dryer didn't work very well. There was a large hole in the sheet and the mattress pad. You have to walk to the golf course for golf course views because it is not visible from the patio. We expressed our concerns to Grand Welcome but we didn't get anywhere. We have had no reply from our last email. Very disappointing property.”
