“The 'Suburban Spender' at Dobson Ranch was a fantastic place to stay. We were in the Mesa area for a wedding and it was a perfect place for us to spend a couple of days. We were able to spend time with extended family. The backyard area, especially, was well utilized. It was a nice stay.”

“In all my years booking with Airbnb, I’ve never filed a complaint or left a negative review. My goal here is to offer feedback that can help improve the experience. In business, feedback is valuable—it’s not personal. The home is beautiful and in a great location, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues. The cleanliness and maintenance didn’t meet expectations. Dusty glass doors, unclean stairways, and dirty sheets on the living room couches were disappointing. There were broken handles in the bathroom and kitchen, and bedroom drawers couldn’t open. The grill had no propane, so I had to bring my own from home. The patio chairs were mostly broken with unsanitary cushions. This was booked for my senior parents and elderly grandparents, and they were dissatisfied. When I shared this feedback, the owner simply responded, “we can just leave.” I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the experience for future guests.”
