“The Casita is located in an upscale part of the west Valley. The host was very welcoming and gracious. Neighborhood was very safe and easy to find. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely repeat”

“I stayed at the Elm Casita while my home was being prepared to sell. The Casita is in Litchfield Park in a very quiet neighborhood. It is in a beautifully landscaped yard. The Casita is very secure with a good system and good tools to preclude problems. It is a studio Casita with a spacious bedroom area and plenty of room in an eight drawer chest for storing clothes. There is a small refrigerator and microwave for preparing a meal. The bathroom is well maintained and very clean. The Casita has been carefully cared for and shows a lot of attention to detail to make a comfortable stay. This is a wonderful place to stay and it is in great location in the West Valley to access all the eateries and entertainment venues.”
