Latitude 8 Vacation Rentals's guest rating in Arizona of 4.78 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “I enjoy my stay, it was clean peaceful and well maintained! The only opportunity is the pool to heat it they charge you for the propane . Excellent place!”

“Great location. Tastefully decorated and well-appointed. Small neighborhood pool across the street. Larger pool and community center a short drive. A few teething issues with check-in, getting TV working and setting up key card access, but ultimately resolved. I would stay here again.”
