“I would stay here again. Just needs to be cleaned a bit better. The air conditioning did go on the blink for a day and it was hot. Then it leaked from condensation. We had to keep a towel under the air conditioner vent. Otherwise great place!”

“We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was one of the most well equipped home we have visited. My husband, kids, and I stayed here for a month so we had plenty of time to use everything. Starting with the kitchen - there were a ton of dishes, cups, cookware, and utensils to use, and they all had minimal wear and tear. All appliances were working wonderfully, and they had additional items in the pantry that were available for use. The pool was well maintained and had someone cleaning and caring for it regularly. The only issue with the pool is the lights did not work during our stay so night swimming was a little hard. The layout of the home was great, and we loved having the garage space to store items too. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that the cell service was really bad, and the internet was not extending throughout the house so we could not work anywhere except in the living areas. Overall we would absolutely stay here again!”

“This house was just as advertised. The house is just a short walk to a lot of restraunts and in a very nice a quite neighborhood. The backyard was huge and the pool was very nice!”

“Wonderful home. Bonus views of sunsets while sitting on patio. Home exactly as listed including the heat in pool. Modern appliances and very comfortable bedding. Short walk or bike ride to Desert Trail system. Quiet subdivision and complete privacy. Very good breakfast restaurant 2 miles away.”

“paid over $3,000 to book this home for 4 days contacted the host two and a half hours after booking and was rudely told he had a late check out and the house would not be cleaned for me today. didn't care that I spent as much money as I did to book the place didn't bother to try to get it cleaned for us or offer any resolution I had to call Airbnb for that had to rent a hotel room check into a hotel for one night back up drive back to the house to check in was not offered an early check in so I had to kill 4 hours between hotel checkout and home check in the guy that met me at the property was rude seem to have an attitude we were waiting for our rental property to be ready for our move in so we even extended two more days called and asked for a 1 hour late check out host was rude but on our check-in day that family was allowed at 12:00 p.m. check-out and the following day the new family checking in was allowed at 12:00 p.m. check-in I was not offered any of those amenities.”

“Our stay had many unexpected surprises and many needed repairs. Disposal, freezer ice maker, under cab lights were all in-op. BBQ grill was filthy and couldn’t be used until cleaned. The hot tub lid was broken so this allowed consistent debris in the water. Further the hot tub was not working properly. Lawn furniture was all broken and cushions terribly stained. Hot water takes at least 5 minutes to get even warm water. Bath towels need to be replaced (no pool towels offered). The water mane sprung a leak at the side of the house and the host didn’t want to come out to fix it so he asked us to turn the water off to the house!!! The pool is in very poor shape. Broken tiles along the inside walls on every side of the pool which is dangerous for children. This is a very noisy location. Less than one mile from the airport. Planes overhead from 6:30a to later in the evening. Incredibly noisy at take-off and should be disclosed.”
