“I would strongly advise against staying here again. The rules are unclear, and the messages I received were misleading. I’ve been misinformed numerous times, and the overall experience was far from the fun and family-oriented atmosphere I had planned. We visited family all the way from California and wanted to have a relaxing day in the pool. I communicated this to the host, but they were unable to accommodate our request.This experience has made me realize that I should avoid booking with property management companies in the future. They don’t share the same family values as a regular person would. Policies are policies, but I’ve learned my lesson and won’t book with a company again. I hope you make the same decision. Other problems include expired items in the pantry, piles of garbage on the roads, and numerous instances of being misinformed about check-out time and a guest house that wasn’t actually on the property. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this stay!”

“The house inside was clean and acceptable, except for the broken shower faucet in the guest bathroom. However, the backyard was very disappointing. The patio furniture was plastic and torn or falling apart. The one umbrella was broken, and the yard did not look well maintained as in the photos. We reported our concern immediately and received polite responses and apologies. After many messages, the property management firm offered a discount, but it was necessary to connect with AirBnB to get more of a resolution for all of the issues.”
