“Was overall disappointed with the house for the price. The house itself was cleaned properly, but there were issues we noticed that needed to be fixed prior to anyone staying in the house: 1)Front door has 3 locks. The keys provided only unlocks one of them. If you go out through the garage (they will not give you the garage code), you will be locked out and will need to pay for the locksmith. The keypad did not work. 2)Railing on upstairs balcony is lose (major safety hazard) 3)Backyard was very dirty on arrival. I spent about 2 hours hosing things down. Not just dust, but screws and other trash was left in the back. A lot of bird poop too. 4)Some doors in bedroom/bathroom do not lock 5)Had to fix master bedroom light, the light would not turn off with the fan on. 6)Pull up bed in master bedroom was not assembled correctly, fell apart (good thing our kids did not get hurt) 7)Mold in outside fridges 8)outside sink does not work (filled with trash) 9)no cold water in the house”

“Overall the home was great.. plenty of room for our family. We had a couple of issues however the property management took care of it. Great place for families with kids. The pool was nice. Upstairs activities were great. We would stay again!”

“Very nice place, beautiful views. Outdoor kitchen was dirty. My family came into town for graduation and it was big enough for everyone to have a great time.”

“The house was perfect for our large family. The pool, basketball hoop, and upstairs games kept us entertained. The kitchen was big enough where we were able to cook and laugh together. We did have an issue with the trash being full when we got there but it was taken care of when I reached out. I was just a little disappointed with the neighbors who filed a noise complaint when we were swimming and playing basketball, but other than that definetly worth the stay.”

“When we first got to the house, we weren’t able to check-in with the keyless entry, but there was an alternative and we were in less than no time. The house was very spacious and clean. It was just what we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the pool and oasis (backyard layout). We sat out late evening enjoying the Arizona weather. The beds were very comfortable and plentiful. Our overall stay was AWESOME! Thank you, Goodnight for hosting..,”
