“The communication wasn’t the best at all! We arrived to a home that was very inconsistent with the pictures on the Airbnb website. Let’s begin with getting into the home, the lock box didn’t work and we had to wait a little for help. We chose this home over other homes because of the pool and the location. The pool was dirty and not safe to get in. My wife called from the time we arrived which was a Monday until Thursday when they finally showed up to clean the pool. Along with pool not being clean neither was the outdoor patio and grill. We intended to use the grill but didn’t because of the uncleanliness. Inside the home the night stand in the master bedroom was dirty as well as the severely stand rug in the family room. There was a broken microwave over the oven and severely torn table chairs. The positive of the home was the location, the view and the clean refrigerator and linen. This home could really be beautiful if more attention to detail and communication was given.”

“We had such a great stay here while celebrating my graduation at GCU! The location was perfect only about a 30-minute drive, which made everything so convenient. The home itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. One of our favorite parts was the backyard it was a great space to relax and enjoy a BBQ with family. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely recommend it!”
