GoodNight Stay in Arizona

“House is a newer build and it shows in the quality of the materials. Fun design theme throughout the house gives the home a more elevated design feel like you might find at a resort. Backyard patio and pool area are above average highlights and the kitchen/living room are great for being with family & friends. Huge closets in every bedroom, high ceilings, and fun decor. There’s 2 restaurants within a 1 minute walk along with so many great restaurants and shops around the Biltmore / Arcadia Lite corridor. Peaceful neighborhoods that you can walk around in when the weather isn’t 110+. Would recommend for families, or couples trips.”

“Great house, our group enjoyed it. This property is run by a company with lots of houses so they aren’t as flexible as some and a bit of extra paperwork and hoops to jump through but at the end of they day, it was a very nice house in a great location.”

“Was overall disappointed with the house for the price. The house itself was cleaned properly, but there were issues we noticed that needed to be fixed prior to anyone staying in the house: 1)Front door has 3 locks. The keys provided only unlocks one of them. If you go out through the garage (they will not give you the garage code), you will be locked out and will need to pay for the locksmith. The keypad did not work. 2)Railing on upstairs balcony is lose (major safety hazard) 3)Backyard was very dirty on arrival. I spent about 2 hours hosing things down. Not just dust, but screws and other trash was left in the back. A lot of bird poop too. 4)Some doors in bedroom/bathroom do not lock 5)Had to fix master bedroom light, the light would not turn off with the fan on. 6)Pull up bed in master bedroom was not assembled correctly, fell apart (good thing our kids did not get hurt) 7)Mold in outside fridges 8)outside sink does not work (filled with trash) 9)no cold water in the house”
