“Dead bugs everywhere! Dead bugs under sheets and pillows! AC not working in last 2 bedrooms Shower shuts off after a certain time in the bathroom (timed).Hot and cold were reversed in the bathrooms. Dead bugs in master bathroom towels.Snake in kitchen. No outside trash bin Floors not mopped- feet would turn dirty and black from floor. Wolf spider. Rarely at air b and b and everytime we come back the bugs have replenished and died all around the house .they have to be getting in somewhere. I don’t think this house was rented in a while and electric may have been turned off for a bit. I could be wrong though. Washed a load of laundry-it stunk very badly. There was water in the liquid detergent area of washer which we didn’t notice since we have those jelly packs we threw in. It smelled like mold. It seems as if whoever had last rented here had closed the door of washer instead of leaving it open to air out.We dumped out water and reran the laundry- twice. Would be a great place otherwise”

“We loved our stay in Gold canyon!! We love the area and were in town doing research on where we want to buy a place… It was very quiet in this little community. The house was perfect for our week stay with our teens. We all really enjoyed the pool, perfect temperature (86 degrees) in late June to swim without needing it heated.”
