“You can tell the owners really took pride in their property to try to make it a nice place however, there was several issues and I don’t think it falls on the owners. I think it falls on the maintenance and the cleaning people there was stains on the sheets, crusty blankets. The floor was not very clean .outside Everything was covered in dust. I understand we live in the desert, but this is months of not being cleaned so it was not ready to do anything outside the pool also they don’t have a vacuum hooked up so the pool guy comes and just pushes dirt around and then the pool bottom is still dirty. The whole bottom downstairs smells musty. There’s also a hole in the laundry room floor that’s covered up by sheet metal with half the hole exposed that is very dirty the downstairs bathroom. It looked like somebody threw up and they didn’t clean it. I did let them know about the musty smell and just un cleanliness.”

“Where do I start?!!! My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The home was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our family created some amazing memories during our stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our time together. “Such a lovely home with everything you’d need to have a great family vacation. The pool and accessories are a wonderful amenity. The house is beautiful with enough beds for the whole family! The host is attentive and a pleasure to work with. Neighborhood is quiet and private, and check in/out was easy!”

“We had friends and family stay here over a long weekend, since we live nearby and couldn't fit everyone in our home. So the location was very convenient and they appreciated having extra bathrooms to get ready. Check in was easy and the home was clean. It was pretty warm though, because there was an open window and the AC was on Heat for some reason. The coffee maker did not work, which we reported to the host the first morning and did not hear back. We also let them know that there was a woodpecker putting holes into the house - there was insulation all over the backyard and multiple holes in the siding. Said woodpecker was having the time of his life and waking people up early with his shenanigans. I sent photos but still never heard back. They didn't want to use the pool or hang out outside with all the insulation though, which was a bummer.”
