“Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived two days late after notifying the host in advance, giving them extra time to prepare, yet the house was still disgusting. The bed was not properly made, and we found what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheets. The floors were filthy, the backyard and outdoor kitchen were covered in dirt and debris, and the pool was dirty with leaves and buildup throughout. What made this worse was the complete lack of support from the host. We were essentially told to figure it out ourselves. We had to clean the house, wash the bedding, and wash down the entire backyard just to make the property usable. The lack of professionalism was a complete joke. Even more concerning, we were the first guests to rent this home. Based on our experience, it felt like the host cared more about collecting money than the guest experience. Future renters should be extremely cautious. The photos speak for themselves. We would absolutely not recommend this property.”
