“Great place! Great location! The host was so kind and informative giving us recommendations of things to do in the area! She was right about the bagels in Fountain Hills, too! 10/10. Highly recommend this place!”

“The listing did not show that this is a second floor unit. The staircase outside apartment was not mentioned in listing when making the booking. It’s not a firm concrete staircase too. So it was a shock when we arrived as we have heavy and huge luggages. Wifi is only working in living room and not in bedrooms so its a big hassle to always have to come out of the bedrooms to connect to the internet. Told the host and airbnb that I wanted to cancel the reservation right away but both parties pushed blame and responsibility to the other and made us stranded for one night. In the end had to cancel the reservation after one night and took a huge loss $800+ cos the owner and airbnb did not provide a solution to amend the reservation to just one night stay (it was min two nights) Very unpleasant experience. First time in 6 years and staying in 30+ airbnbs this is the first time met such an unaccommodating host and airbnb couldn’t do anything about it. Would NOT recommend this place.”

“Our stay was very nice. The apartment had so many little helpful extras that I appreciated, such as the humidifier in each bedroom (a total plus for AZ dry evenings). The beds were comfortable, and the couch was one of the coolest I’ve had in an Airbnb- so spacious and comfortable. The front patio was cutely decorated and felt magical in the evenings with the twinkle lights. The host was responsive, check in and parking was easy, finding the location was easy too. Would come again.”

“Great place and great location. Nice and quiet. I went for a morning run every day, the neighborhood is super safe and quiet. Hosts were very responsive. The apt was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely come back here again.”
