GoodNight Stay in Fountain Hills, Arizona

“Upon arrival, we found the pool half empty, filthy, and a hose draped over the side. I was told my the property manager they had an “issue” with the pool and it had to be drained the day prior. We specifically booked a home with a pool and therefore requested a refund. I was abruptly told a refund would not be issued, they would “try” to get a pool technician there the next day, and a refund would not be issued. The host is a property management company that is clearly only looking at income generated and withholds essential information seeing they were aware there was an issue with the pool. I share all of this so future guests have full clarity about how issues are handled by the host. We decided to rent an alternative home with working pool for our trip and had to utilize Airbnb support to remedy the situation. Beware of this host…as a guest and host wanting to utilize a property management company.”

“This place is a gem. walking distance to the fountain area is a couple of blocks and a beautiful walk! The place was spacious and clean and felt very cozy! My husband and I would stay there again if given the opportunity! Unfortunately the owner has booked it out for our time we want! 😢😢”
