“Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to a problem with the AC which could not be repaired. We had to find other accommodations on short notice. Still waiting for a refund amount for the unused nights. Thanks”

“We had a wonderful stay in cottonwood! The house was beautiful and spacious and we appreciated it being dog friendly so that my friend and her pups could stay as well! The backyard was lovely and we felt very comfortable and at home. Everything was spotless, the towels were plush and beds were comfy. It was a great base to adventure to Sedona and Jerome and camp verde. Travis checked in and was very responsive. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in cottonwood!”

“The house was tastefully decorated with an exquisite, roomy floor plan. It's proximity to Sedona (and Flagstaff) was a big plus. Tons of breath-taking hikes, a couple of museums, a winery tour, and great restaurants! Additionally, the local Cottonwood Rec Center was fabulous: pickleball, swimming, including a lazy river, and a fantastic gym. The locals were super friendly! We spent the last two days in Tucson at a ranch. Overall, we had a fabulous vacation!”
