“Positives: Clean, comfortable, and convenient - 5 minute drive to Old Town Cottonwood; short drives to Jerome, Clarksdale, Cornville, and Sedona. Good communications; easy in and out. Less Positive: House seems to be directly in Take off/Landing flight route for nearby airport. We were very surprised at the number of take offs and landings when we were here.; very annoying. Also back yard is fenced but is not private since it is open and faces several neighbors.”
