“The house itself was spacious and clean. The view was amazing. I had an issue with the management company, however. A storm knocked the power out and shortly after, the carbon monoxide alarms were sounding throughout the home. Having gas appliances and a small baby and children in the home, I was concerned. I called the number included in the listing and was advised to unplug the CO monitors until the power came on. It was an estimated 4 hour window for power restoration. I felt as if this was bad advice, and if there were an actual issue, my family could have been in real danger. I would have felt better if someone would have come to the home and checked.. even pretended to check what was going on. Luckily, the power was restored quickly and the faulty monitors quit going off. No fault of the actual homeowner or the property itself. I will not stay here again, though.”

“The best spot you can stay at in the area. We’ve been staying here for the past three years and it never disappoints. An amazing view of the mountains, hot tub in back, and in a secluded location, I highly recommend this house (as always)!”

“The house is beautiful and the view absolutely stunning. The location is peaceful and private, yet within a short driving distance from some restaurants and grocery stores and an easy 20-25 min drive to downtown Sedona. The house is well equipped with amenities and the outdoor area is a lovely and comfortable place to enjoy the view and the breeze or play minigolf.”
