“We had a great overall stay! The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 6 children, very clean, and spacious. The pool and spa were amazing once our pool heating issues were resolved and were definitely a highlight! A few areas could use improvement, including clearer instructions and better stocking of essentials like toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen washcloths, and dish towels. Our biggest challenge was communication with the property management team. Responses often felt automated and repetitive, as though previous messages weren't being reviewed. When we asked about a Keurig, we were told there was a drip coffee maker, but there was also a Keurig on the counter. We were also told there were no pool floats, so we rearranged our luggage to pack our own, only to find floats at the property. More accurate information and personalized communication would have made things much smoother. The home was a great fit for us, and with a few improvements, it could be excellent!!”

“A 40th birthday girls trip that was cozy, quiet & fun. The house was beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the backyard & pool area amazing. I gave 4 stars because I can’t give 4.5 and here’s why 4.5: Listing shows 3pm check-in and we were unable to check-in until 4 originally, and then finally at 3:30pm. After a very long wake up and travel day, we planned on 3pm and were a little disappointed. Also, the water / ice situation was sad. If I could recommend anything: start the ice machine before your guests arrive the day of, and invest in a pitcher for the fridge for cold water. We had to use measuring cups because the water from the tap never cooled down. Also Kleenex would be nice :) Overall: we enjoyed the space & would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet space for a trip to Scottsdale.”

“Beautiful home with pool, putting green, and pickleball. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Our extended fam had plenty of space for both privacy and getting together. We look forward to returning.”

“The place itself was beautiful, but the surroundings were even more stunning. Everyone seemed friendly, including the neighbors, and the area was incredibly quiet. However, the property management fell short in several areas. They didn’t provide thorough check-in instructions, including how to access the property and check out. Additionally, the Internet was unreliable, and the place was not well-stocked with essential items like soaps, detergent, towels, and bedding linens. Considering the four-day stay, one would expect a well-stocked place. There were no instructions, no maid services, and nothing else to make the stay pleasant. In my opinion, the property management failed miserably.”

“Our stay could have been better if the air conditioning was working properly. It was 100° when we arrived and 80° in the house. The AC was not working for two nights before a technician was able to arrive. I do realize that this could happen unexpectedly, however, I am not happy with the $75 compensation. I feel it should have been more considering we were inconvenience for two nights with warmer than what we would like to have had in the house when it was very hot outside.”
