“The house was beautifully laid out super comfortable. Loved the theater chairs to watch TV. Kitchen was beautiful. Had a small problem with the air-conditioning setting, but figured it out Close to restaurants and shopping Would totally rent here again”

“The house itself was fine, but “Sara” was terrible to deal with. I put quotations around the name as it became clear that this host had never actually been to the property (which “she” eventually admitted) and was actually a large management company, not a individual. This house is located on a VERY busy and noisy street. A four lane road with speeding traffic buzzing by the house. Before booking I asked directly if the house was on a busy street and if it would be safe to walk with a stroller, she assured me it was a quiet street. You can imagine how disappointed I was to be on a loud busy street with cars going 45mph and no sidewalks. Super dangerous for a stroller walk. I asked “Sara” why she had lied to me to entice to book based on false information, and instead of a kind response she became indignant. Also since she had never been to the house before she misinformed me the layout. One bedroom in a separate building, so not ideal for families wanting to be under the same roof”
