Towels left in dryer 6. Couldn't adjust thermostat which created to upstairs to be way too hot to sleep 7. TV outside didn't work 8. Pictures didn't reflect the true status of home 9. Trash and debris left everywhere. 10. Pool table/ ping pong table was broken and unusable 11. No shade or chairs outside despite what picture showed.”

“Stayed through Casago Vacation Rentals in Avondale, AZ. Will not be booking with them again. Capacity is false. The home is listed as sleeping 8, but the dining table inside seats 6, the patio table seats 6, and the living room fits 5. If you are actually bringing 8 people, plan to eat in shifts. Cleanliness was unacceptable. The home was dirty throughout. Blinds had not been dusted in months. The master bedroom had dental floss picks and Easter candy in the bed. This was not a minor oversight. It was evidence of a cleaning job that was not done. Outdoor space was a disappointment. Two of three lounge chairs were broken. The shaded dining area had no sun shade. There was no outdoor TV, despite being clearly shown in the listing photos. The area adjacent to the AC unit was a pile of broken junk. The garage was so cluttered with stored items it was completely unusable. Maintenance issues throughout. The main floor toilet ran for the entire stay. Only two of the BBQ burners worked. Basic”
