“Appreciate the single night rental. The place was located exactly where we needed to be for the activities we planned. The apartment was newly remodeled and was very clean. Instructions were clear and we never needed to contact the owner.”

Our kids especially loved the kids’ room, which had plenty of toys, games, and activities to keep them entertained. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. The hosts were responsive and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Girdwood.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Casa Rentals in Girdwood. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a great place to stay. We did have some difficulty locating the keys for the main entrance upon arrival, and the apartment was quite warm during our stay. Although fans were provided in every room, it took most of the night for the temperature to drop from 80°F to 74°F. The window screens also did not fit properly, so we weren’t comfortable leaving the windows open because of the mosquitoes outside. Aside from these issues, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the hosts’ responsiveness.”

“The condo/apartment was a great size for us. Comfy large sectional, stocked kitchen with all the basic pans and utensils - and all in great condition. Linens were plentiful but could use updating as they are a little worn. The building is old but the apartment feels very new and updated. It is a ski lovers paradise and well set up for boot storage, skis and poles. The winding staircase is easy to navigate but may not be what everyone wants. Loved having two bathrooms. There were two of us and we had plenty of room. The patio has 2 chairs but the deck and railings are old - that’s a building issue. Great location in terms of accessing the town. Washer and dryer outside the unit are $1 each very handy and worked well.”
