“While the location was decent and the beds comfortable we specifically requested a late check out when booking and was not contacted that we were denied until after the cancellation date. It was a very expensive property to rent for 15 hours.”

“We sent two texts asking for information and got no response. Would be helpful to provide written instructions for TV as well as the thermostat. We had to replace TV remote batteries and we had to set-up Google TV as it was not done prior to our arrival. There's no cable, only streaming. Beds were comfortable, but bedside lights were inadequate for bedside reading. Kitchen has all you need for cooking! Location is nice and good walk into downtown.”
