The house notebook says parking passes are necessary. When calling, after a bit of persistence with call taker, it was found that cars were to be registered online. That was not clearly communicated before check in. After that, we had no issues.

The rental is in a great location. Very close to skiing and all the restaurants and things to do. Beautiful view and we enjoyed having the fireplace. We loved that we could bring our two dogs; however, disliked that there was evidence of other dog stays. The pet hair everywhere was gross. Apparently other visitors are not as mindful that the home is shared with others. It was clear the sheets had not been washed. Hair on all the beds. The couch seemed fine. The rug in the living room needs to be replaced. So much hair. The property floors had crumbs and hair everywhere. I thought I would use the vacuum that was available myself but it didn’t have a hose attached. Could be the problem with the floors if the cleaning lady has to use it. Overall the place worked out, but the cleanliness had us ready to go home.

Arrived to a dirty bathroom with dirty laundry in it. Hotub water excessively cloudy and musty. Immediately brought these concerns to the property manager, and received multiple texts that it would be addressed, and it never was. Bedroom was excessively dusty. Personal belongings of previous guest also left behind. Tea on the shelf expired 10yrs ago, and the coffee looked to be about the same age. When we arrived the cleaning crew walked out of their other listing next door drinking beer, which probably explains the lack of detail on cleaning. This listing is run by a large company that clearly doesn't care much about the quality of your stay.

Great location close to the lifts. However, on entry there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the unit. We also discovered you have to turn on the breaker for the water heater and oven to work. Because of this, there was no hot water until the following morning. And the heat never came on for the first floor, making it uncomfortably cold. Despite reporting the issue quickly, we weren’t provided a space heater until nearly 24 hours later, which was halfway through our stay. I think with a few fixes this could be a great place to stay.
