“I simply couldn't go inside the apartment. The lock didn't work. And no one was sent to the apartment to fix the problem. I have been told by the management to stay at a hotel for the first night then they will fix the problem the following day. But nothing was done. So I had to look for another place to stay.”

“Overall not good. Door lock kept locking me out. Refrigerator leaked water regularly. Dog hair and treats everywhere. No wifi over three months. Didn't compensate the 300 dollars for the inconvenience. Still waiting on that.”

“I would have given them a 5 star rating but the cleaning crew did a poo job of cleaning especially the kitchen. Otherwise it was a good place to stay. I felt safe and comfortable.”
