“Overall not good. Door lock kept locking me out. Refrigerator leaked water regularly. Dog hair and treats everywhere. No wifi over three months. Didn't compensate the 300 dollars for the inconvenience. Still waiting on that.”

“I would have given them a 5 star rating but the cleaning crew did a poo job of cleaning especially the kitchen. Otherwise it was a good place to stay. I felt safe and comfortable.”

“Check in was fairly simple. Would have been nice to know this was a 3rd floor unit and there was 6 set of stairs to walk up. However, the bed was not made, the trash wasn't taken out, there was dirty bath towels on the floor, hair in the tub and fridge, bathroom sink was dirty and there were bugs flying around and in the fridge. I called support because I wasn't staying in that dirty unit, they gave him 1 hour to respond, which he never did. I had to find a new place which was a task because everything was booked for the Auburn football game. I'm so happy I was able to get my money back. I took pictures but im unable to post them.”
