“Our stay was at Oasis 3202 was absolutely amazing. The view from the condo’s oversized balcony was probably our favorite part and where we spent our mornings and evenings. Before arriving, I was concerned about the width of the railings because we had 2 under 2 in our group, but the railings were safe for them to enjoy the balcony as much as everyone else. The number of rooms and beds was ideal for our family group of 12 to sleep comfortably and give everyone their space, and the fact that every room has its own bathroom was amazing. The resort itself was very family friendly and had a little something for everyone. We especially loved the fenced in splash pad to contain and entertain the little ones.”

“Pros: -super close to beach -pool has sectioned off 1.5 ft deep section and hot tub -bbq area if that’s your thing - rental chairs directly in front of beach -open space inside condo -actual view of ocean (slightly blocked by a stupid pool pole holding a life float) only 1 floor up (no escalator) -small complex on beach -updated kitchen and bath vanity - comfy couch to sit on Cons: -beach chairs and umbrella need replaced (should be in seated storage bench out front like other units) -parking spot can tech. fit a telluride but you have to park at an angle if anyone wants to actually get out of car. (Weird electrical on both sides. Is extremely narrow) -VERY small pool. No lounge chairs to sunbathe. Strictly meant for mostly after beach play time. -no hooks behind doors to hang stuff -no mirrors in rooms (makes it hard to get ready) - why isn’t there a keurig? - super old w/d …. very loud -uncomfy living room chair, no support -bunk bed mattress squeaks and can be uncomfy”
