“Our stay was at Oasis 3202 was absolutely amazing. The view from the condo’s oversized balcony was probably our favorite part and where we spent our mornings and evenings. Before arriving, I was concerned about the width of the railings because we had 2 under 2 in our group, but the railings were safe for them to enjoy the balcony as much as everyone else. The number of rooms and beds was ideal for our family group of 12 to sleep comfortably and give everyone their space, and the fact that every room has its own bathroom was amazing. The resort itself was very family friendly and had a little something for everyone. We especially loved the fenced in splash pad to contain and entertain the little ones.”airbnb

“Pros: -super close to beach -pool has sectioned off 1.5 ft deep section and hot tub -bbq area if that’s your thing - rental chairs directly in front of beach -open space inside condo -actual view of ocean (slightly blocked by a stupid pool pole holding a life float) only 1 floor up (no escalator) -small complex on beach -updated kitchen and bath vanity - comfy couch to sit on Cons: -beach chairs and umbrella need replaced (should be in seated storage bench out front like other units) -parking spot can tech. fit a telluride but you have to park at an angle if anyone wants to actually get out of car. (Weird electrical on both sides. Is extremely narrow) -VERY small pool. No lounge chairs to sunbathe. Strictly meant for mostly after beach play time. -no hooks behind doors to hang stuff -no mirrors in rooms (makes it hard to get ready) - why isn’t there a keurig? - super old w/d …. very loud -uncomfy living room chair, no support -bunk bed mattress squeaks and can be uncomfy”airbnb

“The pictures and amenities listed do not accurately depict the unit. There is no balcony or beach view. The picture of the building in the listing is actually the building in front of the building in which the unit is located. The view from the unit is the building adjacent and the driveway below. When we raised the issues the host was dismissive so we filed a complaint with Airbnb. The host only gave us a partial refund but we moved out instead of continuing our stay. The host subsequently sent several accusatory messages. I have stayed at numerous Airbnbs and have never had such a poor experience. It ruined our day. The unit was clean and cozy. However, it was noisy from people walking around above us. In addition the walkway light outside the bedrooms illuminated the bedrooms during the night. So sleeping was an issue as well. The bottom line is I would not recommend staying at this location nor dealing with the host.”airbnb

“Our stay here was a last minute situation and overall was an okay stay. Pro’s easy walk to the beach- no view of the ocean from inside the condo. The overall condo was clean and very well kept with lots of beach accessories. It has been remodeled but in areas you could tell certain things were not done 100 percent. The master bedroom bed was not good. It was hard as a rock. I ended up sleeping on the bunk beds in the other room. I asked for a later check out, but they could not accommodate. They said the cleaning crew needed to come asap after check out. I sat in the parking lot for over an hour because we didn’t have any where to go. (Waiting for a baseball tournament). At 11:00 am still no cleaning crew to show up. The pool and hot tub are nice, but on the smaller side. No lounge chairs to lay out just chairs to sit in. Overall it was a nice stay, but I feel for the money it was a little over priced compared to other places I have stayed.”airbnb

“Great location but So many little things went wrong. When we arrived at 4pm, our check in time, the condo was still being cleaned. Later that evening there was no pizza cutter and no spoons. The ice in the freezer was brown and there were 3 remotes in the living room, 1 with no batteries and another with only 1, but none of these remotes turned on the living room tv. The next evening we started a load of laundry and then found water sitting in our dryer. I will say Janet was typically quick to respond and very apologetic but we did not get a response quickly when we found the water in the dryer. It was the next day. We did love the location but all the little issues added up and I do not think we will be staying here again.”airbnb

“Easy to book, easy to locate however if you need an elevator plan accordingly. Only 1 barely working elevator and we had to add an extra 10 min for wait times on elevator frequently. Also the listing shows beach towels provided but none were found. Overall clean unit but the building could be updated and a tad cleaner.”airbnb

“This place was in a perfect location, out of the way of everything but still close to restaurants/shops. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and view from balcony was great. Only complaint is the hot tub was cold and pretty dirty and there was no one around working to ask to heat it up or clean it. Did not message host because it didn’t seem like a them problem to be dealing with since it wasn’t anything with our room directly. Also there was some blood in the lobby and elevator that stayed there dried up for the last day/night of our trip, again no one around to ask to clean that up. Would definitely stay here again!”airbnb

“The condo was great with everything we needed. The only complaint I have is the parking. You only get one spot and the visitor spots is only 3 spots so it’s very likely to get one . The place to rent additional spots across the street was very unhelpful. I wasn’t able to make it to their office before closure and When I asked if there was anything they can help me with to rent the spots they just told me they couldn’t help me.”airbnb
