“There were eleven of us including 3 teenagers. There was SO much for all of us to enjoy! The water slide and the huge lazy river were favorites! The adults really enjoyed the “21 and over” pool. We already reserved a week next summer. Nicest accommodations ever!”

“We loved our stay! The unit was as advertised, and the facilities was kept in great shape. The only comical thing was the property’s sprinklers going off while we were walking to the beach for sunrise - we just ran right through them 🤣”

“The condo/check in process was easy and area was all great besides the fact that there were bugs(they looked like roaches to us though the host claimed they were water bugs). We reached out to the host about them after finding 5 or more. They said they would send out someone to lay out bait the following day in the afternoon. Upon arriving back on said day we continued to find bugs and so reached out again to see if the bait had been set out and the host claimed that they had and said that they were just “water bugs” though we are fairly certain they were roaches. Nothing further was done on hosts end besides sending checkout instructions and up until our departure we continued to find them coming out of the Keurig, oven, dishwasher and even inside the fridge. Was uncomfortable with the situation and not pleased with how the host didn’t seem overly concerned with the issue. Especially considering we had two under 2 year olds with us.”

“The pictures and amenities listed do not accurately depict the unit. There is no balcony or beach view. The picture of the building in the listing is actually the building in front of the building in which the unit is located. The view from the unit is the building adjacent and the driveway below. When we raised the issues the host was dismissive so we filed a complaint with Airbnb. The host only gave us a partial refund but we moved out instead of continuing our stay. The host subsequently sent several accusatory messages. I have stayed at numerous Airbnbs and have never had such a poor experience. It ruined our day. The unit was clean and cozy. However, it was noisy from people walking around above us. In addition the walkway light outside the bedrooms illuminated the bedrooms during the night. So sleeping was an issue as well. The bottom line is I would not recommend staying at this location nor dealing with the host.”

“Our stay here was a last minute situation and overall was an okay stay. Pro’s easy walk to the beach- no view of the ocean from inside the condo. The overall condo was clean and very well kept with lots of beach accessories. It has been remodeled but in areas you could tell certain things were not done 100 percent. The master bedroom bed was not good. It was hard as a rock. I ended up sleeping on the bunk beds in the other room. I asked for a later check out, but they could not accommodate. They said the cleaning crew needed to come asap after check out. I sat in the parking lot for over an hour because we didn’t have any where to go. (Waiting for a baseball tournament). At 11:00 am still no cleaning crew to show up. The pool and hot tub are nice, but on the smaller side. No lounge chairs to lay out just chairs to sit in. Overall it was a nice stay, but I feel for the money it was a little over priced compared to other places I have stayed.”

“The condo was great with everything we needed. The only complaint I have is the parking. You only get one spot and the visitor spots is only 3 spots so it’s very likely to get one . The place to rent additional spots across the street was very unhelpful. I wasn’t able to make it to their office before closure and When I asked if there was anything they can help me with to rent the spots they just told me they couldn’t help me.”
