“We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river and pool areas. Unit was overall clean but could benefit from a deep thorough clean.”

“The room was nice and clean, enough space for two people. Patio furniture was nice as well. Sparse on anything like towels, toilet paper or trash bags. Room is immediately off of the elevator without proper blinds, expect the room to be very bright at night. Room is also directly above the pool on the third floor. The water pressure and air conditioning were both great.”

“Great location and view, with an easy walk to the beach. Unfortunately, the condo did not feel worth the premium price. The furniture was worn, table laminate was bubbling from water damage, the floors left a sticky residue that turned our feet brown/black, one outdoor chair was held together with electrical tape & the bathroom toilet paper was nearly detached from the wall. The biggest concern was the strong mold smell. The night before leaving, we found what appeared to be significant black mold in the washing machine, around both bathroom ceiling vents, and inside the living room wall vent. None of us felt well or slept well during our stay. There were also safety concerns. Our door code had been left programmed into the exterior key lockbox, which was very concerning from a security standpoint. We also had difficulty locking the door from outside and needed assistance. Overall, great location and view, but the condition, mold concerns, and security issue were disappointing.”

“Great condo with an amazing location and great amenities! Condo was very nice inside and perfect for our size group. The only downside was not having enough supplies like paper towels, detergent, toilet paper, etc. we were only there for a couple of nights and still had to go out and get all the supplies.”

“Just not impressed all around. Trip was a bust. We left early. A/C in the living room didn’t work. Just blowing hot air in the middle of summer, it was miserable. The fridge didn’t cool properly and was told I had too much in it. Defeating the purpose of the fridge. There was no urgency with any issues we had. We ended up cutting our trip short and homing home. We won’t be using sands of Alabama ever again.”
