“daughters ceiling fan was stuck on low (pull chain broken) and ours was stuck on high(remote driven with NO REMOTE); we shared this with Cody - he didn’t offer any options or apologies, or check back in after he was made aware of the problem-we just had to live with it; kinda started the whole stay off on the wrong foot; air conditioning went out in the middle of our stay; notified Cody at 11pm- he answered back at 7:30 next AM, said he would let maintenance know-that was the last we heard until we got fed up & texted him back at 3:30pm ish; someone eventually came out & it was an easy fix ;once again, no follow up to make sure things were going ok;this was a very pretty condo in a great location; beach was gorgeous; We just felt like a lot of “little things” that make it so nice(soft rugs so you didn’t have to feel crunchy sand on your feet constantly,and a hand held shower sprayer, for ex) were absent. Got the feeling this host couldn’t have cared less about our stay.”

“Ours stay was very comfortable, the balcony was spacious with a fantastic view, the place was spacious and elegantly decorated giving a true beach feel. It was also great to have two parking spaces included. Overall stay was wonderful, a few minor things could enhance future stays like a pizza pan, kitchen scissors and more bath towels. We would definitely choose to stay here again.”

“The unit needs maintenance- bathtub drains slowly, stains in ceiling & missing ceiling tiles, stained rug, & old rusted equipment. Room has a musty order. Patio was hard to use due to air conditioner venting hot air onto chairs. Patio table between chairs was broke. Convenient location to beach, but not worth the cost!”

“Pool and beach access are good. The house needs maintenance. We had to buy air purifiers and plugins to mask the smell of musky and moldy house. The return air vents were loaded with dirt and dust on the vents.”
