“The unit needs maintenance- bathtub drains slowly, stains in ceiling & missing ceiling tiles, stained rug, & old rusted equipment. Room has a musty order. Patio was hard to use due to air conditioner venting hot air onto chairs. Patio table between chairs was broke. Convenient location to beach, but not worth the cost!”

“The location was great! The unit was right on the beach with a beautiful view and large balcony. The condo building itself could definitely use some updates. It is showing it's age. The unit was clean enough. The dryer was pretty weak. You had to run 2 cycles to completely dry things. The white furniture might not be the best choice. It was noticeably stained and dirty, though not terrible. The furniture on the balcony wasn't cleaned very well and had some age to it. Overall a really nice stay with a great location.”

“Pool and beach access are good. The house needs maintenance. We had to buy air purifiers and plugins to mask the smell of musky and moldy house. The return air vents were loaded with dirt and dust on the vents.”

“I must have missed that you have to have a room number to get through the gate and my service was not working in my phone so have room number available. Also was not aware we needed to pay to park for the week. But once we finally got in, it seemed to go smooth. Building is pretty old by looks of outside and hallways but the room was nice!”
