Bender Vacation Rentals in Orange Beach, Alabama

“We chose this location, specifically, because we had family staying at the condo next door and we only needed a smaller space. The room provided everything we needed, matched the description to a tee, was on the beach, very comfortable and in a great location! There were many eating places and a WalMart Neighborhood Market nearby. The price was a little high, however, it was our choice to commit to that and we did stay during busy season...it is what it is. We stayed for a week. If your stay is shorter, you might be okay on the initial supplies provided. For the length of our stay we did have to replenish toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner, buy Kleenex and laundry detergent/dryer sheets. The only issue we had was that the code needed for beach access was not provided...but another guest told us and we had no issues. Please don't misconstrue anything I've written as negative, I am simply trying to be informative. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!”

“Nice condo just as described. Easy accessible to get to condo, had a lot of carts to use to get luggage and groceries. Condo was clean to eye but some spots there were trash left. Overall it was close to a lot of things, having beach access was a plus!”

“Our condo was clean and inviting. We loved the ocean views from our bedroom and the living room. As Tropical Storm Bertha arrived during our stay,,,, we spent a lot of time watching from the sixth floor sliding glass doors. The pool area and bbqs are kept very clean. I’d suggest some umbrellas for the pool area though. Restaurants are close by, shopping at Tanger outlet in Foley was only 7 miles away! Lambert’s was our favorite! The State Park is fantastic! You can park and rent e-bikes to take all the trails. It’s so cool! One thing to note: we purchased four chairs and umbrellas from Ike beach rental on the beach directly outside the condo but as this condo has an HOA and the beach is not private, people can set up tents and chairs directly in front of you… that was frustrating as we spend $470 for reserved seating.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were traveling as a family with two babies, so cleanliness was especially important to us. We noticed MOLD in multiple areas, including on the shower curtains, in the closet area, and on the ceilings. There were also smudges on several walls and doors that made the home feel like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. The hallway bathroom was noticeably dusty, and the toilet seat in that bathroom was broken. The property had potential, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance did not meet our expectations, especially for a family traveling with young children. I hope the host addresses these issues so future guests can have a better experience P.S. The photos on the Airbnb listing did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. They did not show the mold, dust, broken toilet seat, or other maintenance and cleanliness issues we encountered during our stay, so the home appeared to be in much better condition online than it was in”
