Bender Vacation Rentals

Bender Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.67 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

I enjoyed the rental. Only issue the hallway shower was dirty. It looked as if someone showered and left sand in the tube. But everything else seemed very clean

The property was clean and well kept outside and common areas. The unit was OK but dated and cold use some upgrades. Dishwasher leaked during the night while cycling Stucco falling loose from ceiling in common bathroom Kitchen table appearance was old and worn Grout missing between tiles Exhaust fans noisy in both bathrooms extremely noisy from guest above 15B throughout the evening For a group of men attending a funeral was no big deal however, I would not bring my family to this condo unit.

Pro was easy check in, but the Cons outweigh me ever renting this place again. Dirty dishes. 2 dirty coffee pots. Trash left behind from previous renter. The floors are dirty & will make your socks black, we threw our socks away. Beach construction going on every day, which I understand is out of the renters control, but cleanliness is not. Not enough towels for the 6 adults we had to shower every day, but I did txt them about that & they sent more. Location is hard to find at night, needs a sign that has lighting on it, but is close to restaurants & such. Beds were not comfortable. And the Jack & Jill bathroom” is not in fact accurate, it’s just a hall bathroom with 2 doors, it only connects to 1 room, not to 2 rooms like a Jack & Jill bathroom does, so we were surprised by that upon arrival. We paid pool heater fee, then found out on day 2 pool heater was broken when we txt about how cold the pool was, co did refund $, but I wonder if they would have had we not txt them about it.

Location was great. Loved the beach. Plenty of beds, but lacking in storage to unpack. Plenty of closet space though. Dishwasher did not work and had to wash every dish we pulled from the cabinet. We still had a nice time, but I think the price is high for what you get. If someone gave it a little love, it’d be a completely different experience. I felt like I got a hand me down, while I still was paying full price.

Nice property, though a little dated. Absolutely no spices, not even s&p - would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

Great location. Linens and towels were clean, surfaces in the bathroom and kitchen were clean. Utensils and pans were dirty, dust and hair under beds and behind the dresser and tv stand. Air conditioning was not working when we arrived. It was 78 when we arrived. The maintenance guy arrived and said it was because the batteries in the thermostat were corroded so he switched the batteries and left. Air conditioning did not start cooling. It was still 78 in the condo. We had to contact the office again and that’s when they sent out an air technician and he said it was an electrical issue that needed to be fixed. After he did that, the air did start working. Wifi was not available, contacted the office and it took until the next day before someone brought out a hot box because they could not figure out why the service was not working. Overall it was a decent stay, however the housekeeping staff and the maintenance do need to be more diligent when preparing for guests.

Place was nice. Parking fee is crazy high after paying to stay there. They charge $50+ per vehicle to park at the condo. Other than that it was a nice place stay for a small group.

The condo itself was beautiful and the view was amazing. The only thing is, it wasn’t made clear we had to go across the street to their office to get the check in info, rent or beach chairs. The internet also didn’t work well in the condo. But the stay was good and we enjoyed ourselves.

Everything was good except for did not leave any kind of parking pass in the room plus did not give me a code to the gate going out to the beach.
