“This was a long-planned-in-advance vacation for our 5 adult kids, available spouses, and 11 grandkids ages 6 and under. We try to get everyone together 1-2 times per year. THIS WAS THE BEST TRIP THAT WE'VE EVER HAD AS A GROUP! The home was incredible for our group: being large enough even for some rainy days, EXTREMELY well-furnished kitchen, spacious bedrooms/bathrooms, pool located on the deck, and right on the beach! We'll be back, and we plan on renting from Richard in the future!!”

“Diamond was an amazing house that felt like a home away from home for our family reunion. An issue with the air conditioner on the second day (Easter Sunday) was repaired the DAY WE REPORTED IT and it was a HOLIDAY! So much great information was sent to us ahead of time about what to expect, requirements about the home, local recommendations, etc. We hope to be able to visit Diamond again! Roper family”

“We had a great stay the Diamond at the Cottages at Romar. House was as described in the listing, and was more than spacious enough for our extended family. The location is amazing - at once close to so much to do in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, while seeming to be private - right on the beach, next to other homes and a little way from the more crowded multi-family towers. We LOVED the pool - and spent so much time on the deck and in the water. The kitchen was well-appointed and we were able to cook multiple days at the house for our whole crew. Rick was a fabulous communicator and answered every question - almost before we asked! We highly recommend Rick as a host and this location!”
