“Great stay!”

“A home that felt great Very open space? good view ofthe beach the family loved it!”

“House and location were good, we've been to gulf shores many times and it was what we were expecting. This location is an east and west side and we rented the east acording to all paperwork. When we arrived and keyed into the property we found another family already in the house and our key code only worked on one side. We had refeigerated food, 8 kids and it was 95F outside after all families traveled for 8+hours. Called the emergency contact information to figure out what happened and their answer was the cleaning crew must have left the building unlocked and that the other family entered the wrong side. Sorted it out after almost and hour, we took the other side of the house, but zero means of compensation offered for our trouble. House had lots of sand, dirty laundry from the previous guests in drawers (dirty socks). Top it off, my 8 year old gashed his foot on a severly popped nail on the deck and had a limp the rest of vacation. Not well run and apathetic owners. Not using again.”

“This property was satisfactory but not exceptional. It was a dissapointment to realize 2 of the bedrooms had to be accessed through another bedroom. This was advertised as a 7 bedroom and technically it was, but if separate families are staying, it is unsatisfactory. The cabinets in the kitchen were falling apart and the kitchen was not well stocked. We had a great time, but I would not choose this property again.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen needs somewhere for food storage. Lots of beds, however king beds are very springy. Great location. House is as described and pictures are accurate.”

“Beautiful home, steps from the beach with an extraordinary view! Our large family had plenty of space. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Our bed was very comfortable, huge bonus!! As that is not of the case. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay! The highlight of this place is definitely the location. We enjoyed being directly on the beach. Evenings are a bit noisy being right next to a public access point, but we still slept fine. We really enjoyed the privacy of the pool area as well.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would! My family of 8 plus two extra kids stayed at Dancing Dolphin and it was amazing! I’d like to say the view is what you’re paying for but it’s so much more. We had ages 20 down to 9 plus two adults staying and no one was bored. The pool was amazing. Don’t let the fact that it’s covered deter you. It’s exactly what you want/need after being in the sun on the beach all day. The small room down there is full of beach and pool items. We even left some boogie boards and sand toys. It’s a “take what you need, leave what you can” type system and it’s amazing! The home is beautiful! The beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen was stocked well. I’d say you’d want to bring pizza pans if your family wants to cook frozen pizzas. Otherwise, had all we needed! The deck does get wet when it rains there. Not a negative, just putting as information. We left towels on the deck to dry and it rained overnight. Will be rebooking for next year! A+++++++ house!”

“The place was nice, clean and with a great location. I will recommend you to improve on on-place supplies [shampoo, aconditioner, towel paper, dish washer soap, bath supplies]. Price is not cheap and details makes the difference. Besides those details, we're recommending you everywhere. Thank you!”
