Home was lovely, however, there was some difficulty connecting to the Internet due to incorrect information provided by the owners. Also, Home is not walking distance to the beach at all. Be prepared to take your car every time you want to go to the beach and pay $15 for nearest parking.

It was just as advertised. The large balcony was perfect, so relaxing to watch the ocean. The only disappointment was the heated pool and hot tub. The pool wasn’t really warm, the hot tub jets barely worked.

We were unable to get into the building we had to ask another guest for the code. There was so much hair and dust all over the place I would change my infant and have hair stuck all over him every time, it was all over the sink. Thick dust everywhere, our bedsheets were stained, the grill didn’t work we figured that out after buying food, my husband had to fix the toilet in order to get it to flush, drywall screws sticking out in multiple rooms, mold on the ceiling in the primary bathroom. I stepped on multiple exposed carpet tack strips. I reached out multiple times and still no response from them about these issues. We love the wharf, but won’t stay in this condo again.

This was one of the most frustrating check-in experiences I’ve had. We arrived early around 2 PM, and the unit was clearly ready, but the management company refused to make any effort to accommodate an early check-in. Instead, we were told the code wouldn’t work until 4 PM. Fine, that’s the policy. But then it *didn’t even work at 4 PM*. We stood there waiting until 4:08 before we could get in. Trying to get help was even worse. I called the number provided and sat on hold for 20 minutes before anyone answered. When someone finally did, they were rude and dismissive, and acted like I didn’t know how to use a keypad; which is ridiculous, especially since I have the exact same one at home. The issue was clearly on their end, not mine. Overall, poor communication, zero flexibility, and terrible customer service.

Overall we had an okay stay, but there were several issues that made it less than ideal. Communication from the host was very limited. Messages were not answered until the evening before we left, which made it difficult when we had questions during our stay. The elevator was also out of order and we were never informed ahead of time. This was particularly challenging as I am currently 35 weeks pregnant, so using the stairs multiple times a day was not easy. There were also some cleanliness concerns, including drain flies and stained quilts, which made the space feel less well maintained than expected. Additionally, the host asked if the new owner could walk through the property for decorating purposes during our stay. While we understand ownership transitions happen, it felt uncomfortable to be asked to accommodate that during a trip where we had booked the space for private use, so we declined. Overall the stay was manageable, but clearer communication, better upkeep, and respect
