“Loved the place it was beautiful but the team at Avari is inconsiderate and unhelpful. Please be aware if anything at all goes wrong your call will be sent to an international call center where they basically just apologize and don’t offer any assistance.”

“The thing I would want to tell future guests is that you are NOT overlooking the beach. The pictures lead one to believe that you can walk right out your door onto the sandy beach - that is not the case. There are a few condos with a beach balcony, but all the rest are overlooking another condo/parking lot. The place was nice and unusually clean.”

“We had a great stay!! They had games which our kids loved, we loved the view as well! However, there were some amenities that need upgraded such as the baths/washer/dryer/dishwasher. In the guest bathroom, the hot water faucet leaks and is scalding hot which can we dangerous especially for little kids. Otherwise, great stay!”

“loved everything about the condo! location was great. it does not have elevator access which was a small downside but still wasn’t a problem. the living room tv remote did not work we had to use our phone to work the tv. 100% worth what we paid overall!”

“According to description and pictures, we were told it was going to be oceanfront room and it wasn’t it overlooked the parking lot and other people‘s balconies. One elevator was out when we got there, had to use one elevator for two days for the entire complex after that, the other elevator was fixed. Some of the furniture had holes in them. Condo was clean but very outdated and needed work on inside of condo. I wouldn’t pay anymore than I did during off season when it’s in season for this condo because of how the condos were setup and outdated condo was. We made the most out of it and had a good time.”
