“stayed for 1 month. house was not stocked well for our stay. arrived to no towels at all. took close to 24 hours to deliver only 4 towels to us (for a month with 3 people). kitchen was lacking in supplies needed, so spent about $100 to get things we needed to cook meals each day. We ended up leaving plates & bowls for the next guests as 3 bowls & 4 plates isn't enough. the listing advertised 2 Queen beds, but not only were they smaller than a Queen, they were extremely soft & uncomfortable. We finally decided to just go get a different mattress that was true to size & comfortable for our long stay. 2 weeks after reporting the issue, someone showed up with a new mattress..... it ended up going on the other bed, as that was smaller too. house needs more furniture to seat 4 people. the couch only holds 2 people and there is no other furniture in that room. The ceiling fan in the master was coated in dust. We did really like the clubhouse & pool, very short walk to both.”

“Nice place most definitely but can tell it’s a started up, we had to buy covers for the second bed because it was none. There were no paper towels, no dish soap, limited rags and towels definitely a place with potential but right now? No”

“WiFi didn’t work- master toilet clogged-not stocked - unable to get any timely response or communication after begging and reach air support- I would not rent from Preston properties ever again! It was dirty and not cleaned prior to arrival- mold in coffee pot, dust caked everywhere! It made my stay so difficult and complicated! I had to purchase everything I needed to clean and stay as it wasn’t stocked with ANYTHING to stay for a few months as advertised! I spent weeks/months begging for resolve and it took so much of the little down time I did have. Was the worst airbnb experience have ever had!”
