“We were unable to stay at this property due to serious cleanliness and condition concerns. Upon arrival, there was a strong odor, visible maintenance issues, and the overall condition did not match our expectations for a safe and comfortable stay. We documented the issues and left the property immediately without spending the night. This created a significant hardship, as my girlfriend had just started an internship and we had to find last-minute accommodations for ourselves and our pets. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.”

“For out-of-towners looking for an extended stay, I would caution against this place. The unit was generally clean and as described, but the apartment complex is noisy, and I didn't feel the safest; there were multiple people loitering directly outside the unit and peering inside my parked car. The online reviews for this apartment complex cite multiple instances of car and apartment break ins (I wish I'd checked this earlier). The hot water heater is very small and I could only shower with heat for <5mins. I ran into a couple of other major issues during my stay, and it became clear that the host is not physically located in Huntsville and could not do anything to resolve them.”

“Upon entering the door, wife said, "there is no way!" Kitchen table was not clean. Bathroom door hanging by one hinge. Barking dogs next door. Neighborhood does not feel safe. Still waiting on Air B&B to respond to our complaints. No more than 5 mins spent at the property.”

“The fan coil unit in the bathroom is improperly secured, which caused the shower curtain to detach. As a result, I was unable to use the shower. Additionally, the unit was not properly cleaned upon arrival, there is a persistent wet dog odor that is unpleasant, and the cabinetry is in poor condition. These issues fell below expected standards and have materially affected the usability and quality of the property. They lacked a sense of urgency with slow response times”
