“Place was great. Needs some TLC from maintenance but overall good.”

“The location and walk ability to the beach were very nice. Multiple coffee shops and restaurants under a 10 minute drive away. One of the balconies was unusable due to the broken furniture on it, but the other balcony over looking the pool was nice. It was a comfortable space for my family of 4. Be aware you must go up a flight of steps to get into the living area and then an additional flight to get to the bedrooms. This was a little difficult with my 2 kids under 4 years old but they did have baby gates in the home so that was very helpful!”

“It was an ok stay. I wouldn't stay again only because of the small issues; old broken outside furniture, kitchen floor needs replacing, old carpet throughout the upstairs, ice marker doesn't work neither do the water on the fridge door, bad smells in the wash machine and dishwasher. Two unlocked doors in the third bedroom that leads to goodness knows. Not much going on in the kitchen: utensils and cookware.”

“I was disappointed with my stay. The property was not as advertised, and several issues including cleanliness, maintenance, ands afety concerns made the experience uncomfortable. While the location was convenient, the overall condition and experience did not justify the cost. I would not book this property again.”

“The location was great and Joseph was quick to respond. However we were only provided one trash bag, one toilet paper roll, and enough dish washer detergent for one load of dishes. This was for a 6 night stay with 2 adults and a child. If essentials are listed as provided, I figured there’d be more than a 1.5 days supply of them. When we asked what we were to do without any trash bags we were deferred to the local Dollar General. The hot water in the shower was difficult to turn on because the handle was far too loose. The ceiling vent in there also halfway well fell off and would drip water on us while we brushed our teeth. The unit just felt unkempt in some parts and didn’t seem to match what we saw in the original listing.”
