“Place was great. Needs some TLC from maintenance but overall good.”

“The location and walk ability to the beach were very nice. Multiple coffee shops and restaurants under a 10 minute drive away. One of the balconies was unusable due to the broken furniture on it, but the other balcony over looking the pool was nice. It was a comfortable space for my family of 4. Be aware you must go up a flight of steps to get into the living area and then an additional flight to get to the bedrooms. This was a little difficult with my 2 kids under 4 years old but they did have baby gates in the home so that was very helpful!”

“It was an ok stay. I wouldn't stay again only because of the small issues; old broken outside furniture, kitchen floor needs replacing, old carpet throughout the upstairs, ice marker doesn't work neither do the water on the fridge door, bad smells in the wash machine and dishwasher. Two unlocked doors in the third bedroom that leads to goodness knows. Not much going on in the kitchen: utensils and cookware.”

“I was disappointed with my stay. The property was not as advertised, and several issues including cleanliness, maintenance, ands afety concerns made the experience uncomfortable. While the location was convenient, the overall condition and experience did not justify the cost. I would not book this property again.”

“While we loved the condo because it was nice, clean, and had everything that we needed. We were constantly being told to turn our music off at the pool, when it wasn’t even loud. There are a lot of unwritten rules at this facility. We followed the posted rules but were informed by the security guard anytime one of the residents did not like something that we were doing.”

“This place was the most discussing place I’ve ever seen. Nothing was clean from silverware to the bathrooms, and especially the beds! I’ve never walked into a place to the beds having seaman and lord knows what other bodily fluids on them. There was so many bad comments in the notebook that was left on the bookcase about cleanliness! We also got locked out of the place on the patio, luckily we had some children inside because if we were by ourselves I dunno what we would’ve done. Black mold all over the ceiling which triggered my wife to get sick. Oh and so you all know don’t enter the place one minute before check in because that’s how he got out of any reimbursement of any money. WORST STAY EVER NEVER STAYING AT ANOTHER ONE OF JOES ESTABLISHMENTS!”

“It was a nice location, but we had to wait 30 mins to get in our room.”

“The owner never responded. Listed items not present. We texted him about the basic items not there and the host did not care to respond or do anything about it. Lock of the house was weird.”

“For a place to allow 8 guests for 5 days, you'd think they'd supply more than 2 rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, and only one trash bag.”

“The unit was clean and looked just like the pictures, and overall it was a pretty decent stay. The beach was only about a 15-minute drive away, and there were plenty of restaurants and food spots nearby, which made the location very convenient. My main issue was the host’s lack of communication. When I first arrived, I had trouble getting into the unit with the keypad and tried calling the host right away, but he did not answer the phone. Later, I also reached out about the pool bands that were supposed to be left in the unit for pool access, but they were missing. The host initially said he would check with the cleaners and get back to me, but he never followed up. This was especially frustrating because there is a required $25 fee upon arrival that covers parking, gym, and pool access, yet I wasn’t able to fully use the pool amenities because the bands were not provided. The stay itself was decent, but the host not answering my call or following up was a deal breaker for me.”
