Pretty good overall! We would have liked to have better kitchen equipment, some cleaning supplies, real outdoor furniture, a table or shelf close to the grill, a door mat or hose close to the back door to knock off sand before entering the house. Hose is under the house but no path (without sand) exists. Lastly the neighbors (elevated deck) can look right into the master bedroom, including a mirror on the opposite wall, with no window shade to provide privacy.

Beautiful home and property. The pool is small, but very nice to have on site. The personal beach on the lagoon was nice. Beach access to the Gulf is conveniently located across the street. The property contains large decks on both floors and and on front and back sides. Tons of room to sit outside and enjoy the views. We have 10 guests total and had plenty of personal space. The home is huge. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Definitely an awesome place. 5 stars.

The house was nice. I realize a lot of people go through these places but the couches were dirty and the chair pads on the table were ripped and gross. The rest of the place was nice and clean. If you plan on doing anything besides the beach, it is at least a 30 minute drive there. We visited The Wharf in town a few times which was really nice. Tacky Jacks 2 was the only restaurant that was close and it was pretty bad. We had bad weather most of the time we were there but we did get one beach day in. We had a blast that day and of course the kids loved the pool.

The house & pool area are gorgeous. I didn’t love how far we were from the beach and there was no defined path to it unless we walked on the main road. I understand we were paying for location but we had several minor inconveniences that popped up that speak to lack of attention to detail: bathroom door lock that was broken, broken knob on the oven, damaged hinges on the kitchen cabinets, broken bathroom towel rack and the hot tub never being heated for us, even though we paid the fee. We had kids from age 15 and up but if we had small kids getting to the beach would have been so much harder. We cooked most meals & the kitchen was well stocked! The balconies could do with more furniture as there was no furniture on the 3rd floor balcony. All in all our trip was great, but it is frustrating to have even minor inconveniences when you pay so much for a vacation home.
