The location was great. The studio was great. Clean and had everything we needed. The personnel in the front office for the building was not friendly at all. Other than that everything was good.

The location was lovely. It was a short walk (~10 min) to get to a really nice beach. Also the back patio was pleasant to hangout on. Only complaint was that the appliances had seen better days. The fridge seal was loose and weak, so the door would only stay closed if you slammed it very particularly. Also, the washer and dryer looked a little rough, plus the dish washer didn’t clean the greatest. Everything still worked fine enough to get by though, it just wasn’t in the best shape. Otherwise the house was great and it still made for a nice stay overall. I would recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

I booked this apartment for a 4 night stay in Gulf Shores with my family. It was clean for the most part, we did find a dirty glass, trash under the bed and in the corner of the main bedroom. The description says the main bedroom has a queen size bed but it was a full size. But my BIGGEST complaint are the cockroaches in the home. They were in the kitchen and the living room area. Be careful in the living room area because that’s where the baby roaches are! I let the host know and they said they would try getting pest control out and that never happened. Also, you have to check in at the office within 24 hours of arriving and pay $25 for a parking pass (should be included) but their hours are 10am-2pm, you can’t check in until 4pm and if you have things planned early in the morning it’s hard to catch someone in the office. Other than that, the community pool was nice, neighborhood is quiet, 15 min drive to the beach or to Foley.

The elevators are real slow with at least a 30 minute wait time if it’s busy. The back stairwell to get up and down when the elevators are taking too long are disgusting filthy gross blood toilet paper all kinds of nasty stuff at the entrance into the condo the door needs fixed. Creepy motel vibes. The condo itself was nice besides patio furniture was really rough looking.

I want to start by saying that the hosts were prompt and responsive whenever I reached out with a concern. My complaint isn’t about their communication,it’s that there were so many issues that required it. The washer and dryer were both broken when we arrived, although someone came to repair them the next day. The Wi-Fi didn’t work initially because the password in the welcome email didn’t match the password that was ultimately texted to me (capital i and lowercase L look the same but I had copied and pasted). The last night there was a leak in the bathroom coming from the fire sprinkler. The sliding door didn’t work. They did send workers to repair it, but I would have appreciated a heads-up that they would be entering the condo while I was there alone with my child. The kitchen only had four forks, and the vacuum didn’t work, so I had to do my best with the broom. Overall, the hosts were courteous and I appreciate that. However, it became frustrating to have to contact them so often.
