Bella Beach Vacation Rentals reviews in Gulf Shores, Alabama

“This property had the potential to be perfect. It was not. Way too much mold/mildew, too many roaches and too many broken things for the price. We chose to stay there rather than go through the hassle of finding another place. The issues were not things that could have been fixed while we were there. I am writing this review now because I was notified that the host reviewed me. I have not read what they wrote. It said I needed to write a review first.I was going to wait until I found out how the dispute with Airbnb was handled. I may or may not ever use the service again. I will write another review if this is handled in anything resembling a positive way. I have never complained about a property from Airbnb or any other service before and I travel often.”

“We loved this Airbnb, and it was perfect for our bachelorette trip! However, our check-in time was 3:00 p.m., and we weren’t able to access the home until 4:30 p.m. because the cleaners were still there. Other than the delayed check-in, we had a great stay!”

“The location was great. We felt it was overpriced for what we got. It didn’t necessarily sleep 7 as the listing says.”

“I don’t have much to say. The reviews say it.”

“The place was nice. The beach was great! The problem was that there was no hot water in the master. I did communicate with them and they did send maintenance and they came and said that they needed a piece and would have to go get it and come back. I never saw anyone again. I did continue to communicate with someone who said that they would send him back out but it was never fixed. I then asked for a small compensation ( more than once) as we had a party of 7 and all had to shower in 1 shower every day and I never for a response. They continues to email me about a review but nobody ever responded to me about any compensation even to say that it wasn’t possible.”
