“We loved this Airbnb, and it was perfect for our bachelorette trip! However, our check-in time was 3:00 p.m., and we weren’t able to access the home until 4:30 p.m. because the cleaners were still there. Other than the delayed check-in, we had a great stay!”

“The place was nice. The beach was great! The problem was that there was no hot water in the master. I did communicate with them and they did send maintenance and they came and said that they needed a piece and would have to go get it and come back. I never saw anyone again. I did continue to communicate with someone who said that they would send him back out but it was never fixed. I then asked for a small compensation ( more than once) as we had a party of 7 and all had to shower in 1 shower every day and I never for a response. They continues to email me about a review but nobody ever responded to me about any compensation even to say that it wasn’t possible.”
